I suggest applying with a loofah on a very wet dog. it will lather and work into long and thick hair better. 

Ingredients: sodium cocoyl isethionate, aqua, glycerin, cocomidopropyl betaine, stearic acid, preservative(Optiphen™ Plus), May contain: fragrance (except hypo).

Note from Joanne: Although the feel of this whipped shampoo takes a little getting used to, it does work really well without stripping every inch of goodness from the dogs skin.  It works best using a very small amount (dime to toonie) on a loofah or sponge and on a soaking wet dog(more water the better). It cleans well and leaves coat in natural state and yet fluffy(not softened or weighed down). I used the most on my extremely thick filthy st poodle when i didnt get him wet enough or use a loofah, once i did that it spread waaay easier. it will not foam like crazy as it does not contain an additional foaming agent. This makes rinsing super fast

Follow with either Nourish conditioner for  coats needing moisture and/slip(its still not too heavy, yet has great slip for burrs and mats) or Terra conditioner for a lighter appoach(so show days on terriers and poodles, and breeds lie maltese & yorkie in pet grooming(or heavily dilute nourish) use Nourish for general pet grooming, deshed, thirsty coat, dry skin, and growing out areas. I have used kerfuffle on thin sparse coated dogs and still got nice fluffy yet moisturized finish. 

Scent are not strong, watermelon does smell like watermelon gum. hypo is nothing(like plain soap) Bluebell is very subtle floral, and even irish spring which i thought i would hate is not too strong and reminds me of a diluted fresh version of irish spring soap.
