  Measure the diameter of the scissor opening (where you put your finger). This dimension corresponds to the size you should choose.

How to choose?: if your scissor hole is big and you have small fingers, select the 20 or 21 as the thickness will help fill in. if your fingers just need a little then select small or medium.
