A replacement "turning Lever" or blade drive for the Opal clipper. Basically the black plastic lever that moves the cutting blade back & forth can wear out, especially if under load(not oiling blades, blades tension too tight=friction,) This will cause vibration and noise. regular maintenance is to change out the blade drive often(depends on how much you use your clipper and under what type of load.
Wide blades cause excess wear and often replacing the Lever & filter is what fixes it.
