Shipping & FAQ

Please allow 1 - 4 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

  • Average transit time: 1 - 7 Business days (usually 1-3 business days for western Canada, 5-7 for eastern Canada) for non freight items. 
  • Freight items require extra packaging time and we are at the mercy of the freight trucks schedule. 

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. You will receive an email, or can log into your account to check.  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 1 hour after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email Joanne@canadiangroomingdistributor.com 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. SHIPPING POLICY & TERMS

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge, or you can pay to reship the parcel. 

If you refuse any shipments from Joanne@CanadianGroomingDistributor.com

you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. Canadian Grooming Distributor does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 1-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a few days to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as we does not cover additional customs fee charges. We are not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
