Return & Refund Policy

We want you completely satisfied. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns work:

30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to start a return or exchange.

Eligible Items

  • Must be unused, unopened, and in original resaleable condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Original invoice/receipt required

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance, “As-Is”, or Final Sale items
  • Special-order or custom products
  • Hygiene items (clipper blades, brushes, combs, shears, etc.) once the seal is broken
  • Any item that has been modified, altered, or shows signs of use beyond basic testing
  • Gift cards

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee on unused, unopened items in perfect resaleable condition
  • 15 % restocking fee on opened or lightly used items that we accept back at our discretion

Return Shipping Costs

  • We pay return shipping (prepaid label provided) only when the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, defective, etc.)
  • For change-of-mind or “ordered the wrong thing” returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping

Refused or Cancelled Shipments If you refuse delivery or ask to cancel after the order has already shipped, original outbound shipping charges and any return shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Email info@canadiangroomingdistributor.com within 30 days with your order number and reason
  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with approval and instructions (and a prepaid label when applicable)
  3. Ship the item back to: Canadian Grooming Distributor #6004 Imperial Way Olds, Alberta T4H 1M5 Alberta
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or exchange (usually within 2–3 business days)

In-Person Returns You’re always welcome to return or exchange eligible items at our Olds, Alberta location within 30 days. Bring your receipt and original packaging.
