Welcome! We are a small Family run operation in Olds, Alberta, Canada. We have over 20 years grooming experience and understand the unique needs & busy schedule of groomers.
FAQs
All non freight products will ship free in orders over $100 before tax. Non freight means under 50lbs and can be shipped with Canada post, UPS, Fedex, Loomis, Purolator, Canpar or other courier.
The website will give you a price. we can also do a manual quote.
In order to get an accurate shipping quote we will need the following:
#1-complete address
#2-if your ZONED residential or commercial
#3- if you will require an ELECTRIC LIFTGATE on the freight truck( if not then you will need a loading dock or a forklift/bobcat/skidsteer to lift the 200lb + wooden pallets & crates from the back of a freight semi)
#4- can a BIG SEMI freight truck fit down your street/road/lane, have room to back up, turn around etc? They will not deliver if its too small.
