Usage and Application
Pour conditioner into mixing bowl, filling about halfway full (roughly 20 grams) Add 10 20 drops of Hydra Serenity Fortifying Booster and mix thoroughly with spatula until conditioner and booster are fully integrated. Apply mixture to coat and massage through thoroughly. Let rest for 60 90 seconds and then rinse.
