Have a hard time fitting dogs necks? use our collar flowers instead! simply slide the dogs collar through the elastic ribbon on the back of the flower, and slide to desired position on collar(so if dog has tags, placing flower opposite will keep it on back of neck). 

TIP: if its a skinny collar, wrap elastic around twice before sliding, will fit collars for most shih tzu up to lab size.
