Save your fingers! prevents you sliding the cutter blade right out and having to fiddle to get it back in. very quick and more accurate than using anything else. 

This blade adjusting tool helps re-align the blades and reset tension, helping to eliminate vibrations. It also helps in oiling the blades by letting you move the upper blade out of the way giving you room to add oil.

Note from Joanne: works on all A5 blades wide or regular. *HIGHLY recommend for wide blades and blades that come very tight out of package and back from sharpener. I use to loosen cutter blade so it doesn't heat up so fast, or cause extra work for my cordless clippers(friction) i use to slide open and oil all surfaces.
