Note from Joanne: Years ago i had a wooden version of this idea(which is not made anymore) however it was still hard to grip, and only fit their brand combs. The AFG one is much more versatile. and soft on hands. fits small and big combs. please note if you use it on a short toothed comb, it will cover some of the teeth. you can use in centre or to one side.
