About the company: 

“Handle it “began its creation in 2021. After COVID shut my business down of 17 years, I decided to continue my education in the animal industry, go to grooming school, and create a mobile grooming business in Orange County, California. Within 6 months of grooming full time, my hands, wrist, forearms, and shoulders were in significant pain. I thought to myself, there must be a better way to hold this dryer hose for extended periods of time…and the thought began, we purchased a gun handle at a trade show, attached it to the hose with Velcro strips. Hmm, now it needed some ergonomics. As a college Kinesiology major, I knew there needed to be better mechanics. We built our “dinosaur model” tested angles, weights, finger holds, base, no base, had CAD design done, 3D printed 8 different prototypes for 2 years until we reached our final product. After much research, testing and ergonomic study, I am excited to say we have designed a product to help the lives of groomers over their long-term career.

Note from Joanne: things i love about the Handle it- I did not expect to like it. It has been the most comfortable version of a handle for the dryer yet. i have tried various 3D printed versions yet none compare. 

the fact that it has a quick velcro adjustment straps means i can swap it from dryer to dryer in a snap. I do find i don't use it on my baby hv. I prefer it on big HV with high power.
