1. prep nail by cleaning to remove all oils( a cotton ball with alcohol works)
2. peel nail wrap from backing
3. starting at nail bed, apply with downward pressure and slightly stretch to wrap around nail. you can stretch and break off excess, use a file or nail trimmers.

Pro tip: cut the strips smaller before peeling for smaller nails. less waste. ( My st Poodle took half a strip) 

do not apply over the skin as it will cause lifting. 

Note from Joanne: these actually stick and stay on! i tested on my rambunctious St poodle and myself. they did get wear from fetching in rocks, mud, grass, and biking on paths. the only ones that came off were the ones i applied onto skin around nail. They are still easy to peel old ones off, you can still cut nails etc with them on. to enhance the shine you could add a layer of clear polish. 

They stayed on my nails through bating dogs, doing dishes, and yard work for over a week before I removed.
