This extra fine-toothed comb is highly recommended for all coats that molt, but is especially effective for all spaniels and setters. It is amazing just how much dead undercoat and dirt can be safely removed using this comb without damaging the healthy hair. By removing dead hair, undercoat and dandruff the coat’s natural healthy shine will be restored. May also be used as flea comb to remove fleas and their eggs.

* note from Joanne: having a handle shaped like this one is far less fatiguing on your hands then trying to grip a skinny backed one all day. It also prevents tines getting pushed loose from using them for leverage.
