• 4:1 concentrate,
• 8oz size and gallon size
•   shampoo first with VIP shampoo, Rinse until the coat feels clean
•  Dilute 1 part conditioner to 4 parts water and massage into coat for 2-5 minutes(this allows the ingredients to penetrate and do their job.) 
• rinse thoroughly with tepid water(not too warm, you want to smooth hair shaft)
  

Note from Joanne: Pro Vitamin B5 plumps up the bulb of the hair giving a fuller look and feel to coat. adds luster and shine.  Not heavy, very good for Maltese, yorkie type if you want volume and not stringy. Brush lightly with soft slicker while letting conditioner soak in. I routinely dilute this far more than 4-1 with great results.
