arm is adjustable in width, so at it's narrowest it measures 33"( 2'9&3/4") from inside bar to inside bar.

At the widest setting it measures 57"(4'9) from inside bar to inside bar. 

 height of bar is 3feet(36") from table to where it clips. 

Clamps are 7" wide and 4 3/4" deep with 3 "cups" that adjust  from 5/8" to 3-3/8" at the thickest
